My name is Youssef ELALAOUI. I am from Morocco and living in France. I am the principal editor of the current blog.Concerning the chosen blog’s name, I have to say that is a long story. But let’s take it easy and say that the name arises from Joseph Cargoo (J and Cargo) which is my full nickname.
I work as a Computer Engineer and in my spare time I love developing web applications, doing web applications consulting for friends and others, writing IT articles, and building models.
